Staying Connected Established in 2013 by Sarel Roos and Daniel Meyer, Aerocom Group of Companies has since grown from a two-man team to 15 members in order to accommodate its ever-growing customer needs. To begin, Christopher provides a brief overview of the firm and offers more insight into some of its specialisms. “Initially focusing on satellite- based communications, our focus has expanded and now includes satellite fibre internet, VoIP Services, installation of backhaul fibre and tower construction. Based on key partnerships with large infrastructure providers, we are able to deliver a high- quality service to our clients while ensuring of the best up-time speeds and availability.” The firm is in direct competition with several other players in the telecommunications industry, however as Christopher goes on to explain, the commitment of the team and its client-focused approach has enabled the firm to stand out from the crowd. “Here at Aerocom Group of Companies, everyone is responsible for their own actions, so the professionalism and accountability of our staff has never once been questioned. Moreover to complement this, the team often combine their skills to ensure demands are met and trust is built with a client.” Bringing the interview to a close, Christopher signs off by sharing some of the firm’s exiting future plans as we look ahead to 2021 and beyond. “Moving forward, we plan to expand on all terrains from our data centre presence and perform more tower building and microwave installations. Inevitably, as our customer base grows our buying power will allow us to procure bulk internet capacity on various platforms. Additionally, this will allow us to provide customers with cost effective solutions at an ever-decreasing price.
