Since their inception in 1999, CellSave has successfully collected and preserved stem cells from over 80 countries across six continents, whilst always applying the most advanced technologies and highest industry standards. In addition to this, the company also offers storage for cord blood, cord tissue, placental tissue, amnion placental tissue and cord vessel. Located in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City is CellSave’s state- of-the-art stem cell laboratory, which is part of a global network that features six other advanced stem cell processing and storage facilities worldwide. CellSave is a recognised centre of excellence in stem cell technology, and is also one of the only private facilities in the region that is licensed to collect, process, test and cryogenically store stem cells from different sources. Tens of thousands of stem cell samples from newborns across the region have been processed and stored at the CellSave facilities in Dubai, whilst a number of samples have been released and used in life-saving medical transplants. Delivering these life-changing services is some of the region’s most highly trained and qualified scientists and medical consultants. The close knit team at CellSave work side by side to provide each other with the daily support necessary when employed in such a highly sensitive business. The team are constantly trying to better understand customers and turn them into advocates for the business in creative ways to provide results. As for what the future holds, the CellSave team hope to be more involved in working with transplant doctors to help provide more support for innovative treatments with stem cells.
