Founded in 2018 as a non-profit organization, Loofball Sport Development Initiative (LSD Initiative) uses the convening power of sport to meaningfully engage young people through structured and life-shaping programmes and events. Since inception, the organization has adjusted her focus from promoting the sport of lootball as an end in itself to take into account many aspects of well-being, social cohesion and growth, while putting people especially youth at the centre of her considerations and programmes.
