He has coordinated several major environmental impact assessment studies for transport infrastructure in Nigeria. These include the ESIA for the dualization of the East-West Road (Warri-Mbiama- Port Harcourt-Eket-Oron), the EIA Nasarawa World Bank Community Based Infrastructure Development Project, the EIAs of Ibeto Cement Terminal, Port Harcourt and the Atlas Cement Terminal Onne Port Harcourt. He is currently the Project Director for the ESIA of the proposed construction of the Kano-Maradi trans-boundary railway project connecting Nigeria & the Niger Republic and the ESIA for the extension of East-West Road Project Section V (Oron-Calabar). Marine engineering projects that have been completed include the environmental impact assessment, project management, detailed engineering design and construction supervision of Atlas Cement Terminal, Onne Port Harcourt, in association with Beckett Rankine Partnership UK in November 2000. The project involved dredging to May21262 deepen the channel and the use of the dredged spoil for land reclamation. There was also the construction of a jetty and berthing dolphins with shore side administration and support facilities. Allott also completed in May 2005 the detailed engineering design and supervision on the construction of Ibeto Cement Terminal in Port Harcourt, in association with Beckett Rankine Partnership UK. This project comprised an environmental impact assessment, initial investigations, construction/ reclamation, site layout, planning and design of a jetty and berthing dolphins with shore side administration and support facilities. Another marine project includes the detailed engineering design of and construction supervision for the rehabilitation and expansion of NOTORE jetty in Onne Port Harcourt, which was completed in November 2007, also in association with Beckett Rankine Partnership UK.
